      I use Safari and just tried the link and it loads fine. I wonder if you have any settings that might be preventing you from opening it. I did a quick internet search and got the following info. If any of these seem to work, let me know. (Or if nothing works, also let me know!)

      Try disabling Lockdown Mode in Safari, as it can prevent certain websites from opening. Go to Safari settings, find Lockdown Mode, and toggle it off for the Proton Drive link to work.

      Troubleshooting Safari Issues with Proton Drive Links
      If Safari is not opening Proton Drive links, there are a few common issues and solutions to consider.

      Enhanced Security Mode
      Issue: Safari’s Enhanced Security Mode may block certain functionalities.

        I just used the second link posted above and was able to download the entire 1217 page textbook as a PDF. I used Safari to open and download the pdf file. I used the second link posted above by the previous student in 2022 and have posted the same link below for your convenience:
