Well, I guess I’m still confused. Why wouldn’t we read 120 if we didn’t have a valid neutral? I’m obviously overlooking something simple.

I see the two points, or at least what I think they are. I thought I picked the right answer, P-20-2 and P1-N. What am I doing wrong? I can longer see the choices, only my incorrect one.
